This is a 50m2 comfortable, spacious and bright apartment in one of the most sought after buildings in Chamonix with very spacious corridors, stairs and high ceilings. There is also a concierge service in this building to ensure that everything is cleaned and tidied in a regular basis. It is fully equipped with everything a family requires for a great holiday. It is located on the 2nd floor with great views of the Brevant ski area which gets the great sun in the evening.

The property can sleep between 4 and 6 people. The main living area has an extremely comfortable double sofa bed and a built in seating area around the dining table that will easily sit 4 adults. There is a TV, a DVD and a radio/cassette player to keep you entertained.

The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 hobs (no oven) and dishwasher. There is ample space for storage of groceries and the cupboards are stocked with all the crockery/pans that you will require. The main bedroom consists of a double bed and has a large built in wardrobe and numerous drawers. There is a second (small) room where there is a bunk bed which is ideal for children or even 2 Adults. The bathroom with unlimited hot water, consists of a very powerful overhead shower.

The building is just a couple of minutes from the town centre and about a 10 minute walk to the Brevant ski Area. There is an over ground parking area which is possible to book, given prior notice.

The only extra costs, which are optional, are linen and cleaning. Linen costs €20 for each single bed and €30 for the doubles. Towels are included. The cleaning of the apartment will cost €50.

We also take a €400/£250 damage deposit on arrival which is given back when you leave.
