Corner Cottage is a charming, traditional nineteenth century stone cottage in the heart of Edith Weston, a village on the south shore of Rutland Water, one of Europe's largest man made reservoirs. Rutland Water is one of Britain's premier fly fishing waters. It is also home to one of England's best environments for sailors, surfers, birdwatchers and those who just want to explore one of Britain's most beautiful parts. The Rutland Sailing Club and Rutland Water Fishing Lodge are only a short walk away from Corner Cottage.

The Detail
The ground floor sitting room in Corner Cottage is a cosy haven for those who want to relax and 'cosy up' in front of the welcoming open log fire. There is plenty of comfortable seating and the settee also serves as a double pullout sofabed. There is freeview digital TV, radio, CD player and a wide selection of videos to play on the video recorder. The dropleaf table can be pulled out for dining in the sitting room.
A fully equipped ground floor kitchen is a real home from home kitchen! Corner Cottage has it all including a microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron and board, food steamer, food processor, cafetiere.
Corner Cottage has one very comfortable first floor bedroom which can offer either two full size single beds or one super kingsize double bed. The light and airy bedroom is beautifully furnished and well equipped with a wardrobe, drawer unit, mirror, bedside lights, hairdrier and power points.
The first floor bathroom is recently refurbished and has an electric shower over the bath, mirror, heated towel rail and shaver point.
